Cure Sausage Mixes, contains sodium nitrite, and or sodium nitrate, and is in Kajun King Spice Mixes where stated. It is used as a preservative, in Sausage Making. The meat mixture must be still be properly Processed, Smoked, or Cooked, to cure properly, and to remain safe for consumption. |
Kajun King Spices will mix in with your meat as follows:
Spice Mix for 10 lbs of meat (2 packs for 5 lbs of meat each)
Spice Mix for 25 lbs, of meat (1 pack)
